ATL has the capability to design structural metallic and composite components ranging from aircraft structures (e.g. cargo doors) to small details, including a variety of trials equipment installations. 

Examples include:

* Design of galleys, toilets and a variety of cabin stowages for Citation, Shorts 330, F27, BAe 146, Boeing 727, 737, 747, Airbus and BAC 1-11

* Equipment racks for special trials on Lynx, Sea King and Skyvan aircraft.

* Interior Modifications such as installation of IFE, Large Screen Monitors, Bulkheads, Tables, Microwaves and Galley inserts

* Design and test of passenger and crew seats, both civil and military, including modifications such as armour protection

* Cabin layouts, Cabin Reconfigurations, LOPA and Interior Layouts.

* Paint schemes
